Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, we will accept returns or exchanges only within 5 days of receipt.

If your return or exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, you will automatically receive your refund in the original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail your refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us using our contact form.
